Your Faith Journey
Have you been searching for God? In our personal faith journey we all look for answers… answers driven by different life experiences and motivations. Perhaps you have had a recent life-changing event, spiritual experience or have come to your faith journey slowly after many years of contemplation or struggle.
The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is a process revived by the Second Vatican Council by which interested adults are introduced to the Roman Catholic faith and way of life.
The RCIA process is a period of instruction, reflection, prayer, discernment, and formation. At St. Ann Parish, the formal RCIA process takes approximately eight months. Those who enter the process are encouraged to attend the weekly RCIA sessions, begin attending Holy Mass each week, and to become more involved in the activities and ministries of their local parish. However, there is no set timetable, and those who begin this journey are encouraged to go at their own pace and take as much time as they need.
We are here to assist you in your faith journey.
